RF / Microwave Design Engineer
Lead the development of wideband antenna systems, subsystems, and bespoke solutions for defence and commercial clients, from concept through to production.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent
- Experience in antenna or RF component design
- Familiarity with EM simulation tools (CST, HFSS, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Antenna Test & Measurement Technician
Operate and maintain our spherical near-field RF test facility and support antenna measurement, validation, and quality assurance workflows.
Key Requirements
- Technical qualification in electronics or instrumentation
- Experience with RF measurement equipment (VNAs, spectrum analysers)
- Methodical approach to testing and documentation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and quality standards
Manufacturing & Assembly Technician
Build, assemble, and integrate custom antenna systems for a range of defence and commercial programmes, maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Requirements
- Experience in precision assembly or electronics manufacturing
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and procedures
- Knowledge of quality control and ISO processes (desirable)
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Sales & Business Development Executive
Drive new business opportunities across the defence, aerospace, and telecoms sectors. Build long-term client relationships and grow the commercial pipeline.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales or business development
- Understanding of RF, antennas, or microwave technologies (desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with government or defence customers is a plus
